A co-founder of the firm in 1991, Bob provides individual and corporate clients a consistent and honest approach to capital accumulation, business succession planning, retirement planning, income tax efficiency and intergenerational wealth transfer. He works with clients to develop short and long-term financial goals and develops investment strategies and portfolio solutions to help clients reach these goals.
Bob also provides management consulting services to high growth and changing organizations, designing and implementing strategies and management systems for continued growth.
Bob believes a professional practice is built on trust, discipline, a focus on people, and a continuous emphasis on personal and professional development. These principles, combined with diligent work, results in successful client-professional relationships.
His memberships include the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, the Agricultural Institute of Canada, Advocis, and the Canadian Institute of Financial Planning. His education includes numerous financial planning courses, a Bachelor of Science Degree (Agriculture) from the University of Manitoba, a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario, completion of the Directors Education Program, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba.
Throughout the past 35 years, Bob has volunteered his time and assisted numerous boards and committees. Outside of the office, his passions include his wife Laurel, their two children, cottage life, golf, hockey, and travelling throughout the world.
